Covid 19 Policy: We ask our guests do a home-test for Covid twenty-four hours before traveling to the Penington and email results to us.

Named for one of our founding board members Phebe Anna Thorne, the Phebe room has one double bed with a private sink and toilet. Please note that our building does not have an elevator. This room is located on the 3rd floor. We request that our single guests select this room when available. As of Jan.1, 2024, this room is $147 per night, plus $20 per additional adult.
